Il contribue \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la Convention alpine et engage une r\u00e9flexion sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie dans les Alpes. La construction et la r\u00e9novation durables ont un r\u00f4le de premier plan : les m\u00e9nages consomment dans les Alpes autant d\u2019\u00e9nergie que l\u2019ensemble du secteur des transports. Cette \u00e9nergie produite en majeure partie \u00e0 partir de fioul et de gaz naturel est essentiellement destin\u00e9e au chauffage et \u00e0 la climatisation des b\u00e2timents. Les constructions anciennes mal isol\u00e9es sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9nergivores. La cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte d\u2019une protection efficace du climat et d\u2019une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie pour les populations alpines est donc la r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2ti existant \u2013 et si n\u00e9cessaire la construction de b\u00e2timents neufs \u2013 avec des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9cologiques d\u2019origine locale.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 des b\u00e2timents neufs et r\u00e9nov\u00e9s, particuli\u00e8rement durables. Il s\u2019adresse aux architectes et aux ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage qui ont appliqu\u00e9s dans leur objet les crit\u00e8res \u00e9cologiques et \u00e9conomiques, mais aussi sociaux et culturels du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les objets sont des b\u00e2timents sobres, efficaces et coh\u00e9rents qui enrichissent leur environnement et am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 de vie de leurs occupants. Ils sont l\u2019expression d\u2019une construction et d\u2019une r\u00e9novation plac\u00e9es sous le signe du plaisir des sens et de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Constructive Alps \u00bb est le fruit d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration transalpine entre plusieurs minist\u00e8res, institutions culturelles et \u00e9ducatives et organisations non gouvernementales. La Principaut\u00e9 de Liechtenstein, initiatrice du Prix, coop\u00e8re \u00e9troitement avec la Suisse. L\u2019universit\u00e9 du Liechtenstein apporte son soutien au jury international pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 des objets. Le Mus\u00e9e alpin suisse de Berne organise une exposition itin\u00e9rante pour pr\u00e9senter la trentaine de b\u00e2timents prim\u00e9s. Le catalogue de l\u2019exposition est publi\u00e9 sous la forme d\u2019un num\u00e9ro sp\u00e9cial de la revue d\u2019architecture suisse \u00ab Hochparterre \u00bb. Le centre de formation agricole du Salzkammergut\/AT (en 2013), la maison paroissiale de Krumbach\/AT (en 2015), l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire et maternelle de Brand\/AT (en 2017) et le centre scolaire agricole de Salez\/CH, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 parmi de nombreux projets soumis comme les b\u00e2timents les plus esth\u00e9tiques et les plus respectueux de l\u2019environnement des Alpes. Plus de 200 projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis. Les laur\u00e9ats et les prix de reconnaissance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis parmi les 25 projets s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructivealps.net\/fr\/jury\/\">jury<\/a> pour la deuxi\u00e8me phase du prix. Il tient compte dans son \u00e9valuation des aspects esth\u00e9tiques et des quatre dimensions de la durabilit\u00e9 : \u00e9cologique, \u00e9conomique, culturelle et sociale. Il prend notamment en consid\u00e9ration des crit\u00e8res tels que la desserte par les transports publics, le choix de mat\u00e9riaux ou des modes des construction \u00e9cologiques, l\u2019impact du b\u00e2timent sur le territoire qui l\u2019entoure ou l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des occupants.<\/p>\n<p>Le jury discute en quoi les b\u00e2timents refl\u00e8tent une vision globale de la durabilit\u00e9. L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e n\u2019\u00e9tant pas le seul crit\u00e8re. Le jury pose aussi la question de la coh\u00e9rence, \u00e0 savoir du cycle des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s. La construction et la r\u00e9novation durables ont un r\u00f4le de premier plan : les m\u00e9nages consomment dans les Alpes autant d\u2019\u00e9nergie que l\u2019ensemble du secteur des transports. Cette \u00e9nergie produite en majeure partie \u00e0 partir de fioul et de gaz naturel est essentiellement destin\u00e9e au chauffage et \u00e0 la climatisation des b\u00e2timents. Les constructions anciennes mal isol\u00e9es sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9nergivores. La cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte d\u2019une protection efficace du climat et d\u2019une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie pour les populations alpines est donc la r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2ti existant \u2013 et si n\u00e9cessaire la construction de b\u00e2timents neufs \u2013 avec des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9cologiques d\u2019origine locale.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 des b\u00e2timents neufs et r\u00e9nov\u00e9s, particuli\u00e8rement durables. Il s\u2019adresse aux architectes et aux ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage qui ont appliqu\u00e9s dans leur objet les crit\u00e8res \u00e9cologiques et \u00e9conomiques, mais aussi sociaux et culturels du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les objets sont des b\u00e2timents sobres, efficaces et coh\u00e9rents qui enrichissent leur environnement et am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 de vie de leurs occupants. Ils sont l\u2019expression d\u2019une construction et d\u2019une r\u00e9novation plac\u00e9es sous le signe du plaisir des sens et de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Constructive Alps \u00bb est le fruit d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration transalpine entre plusieurs minist\u00e8res, institutions culturelles et \u00e9ducatives et organisations non gouvernementales. La Principaut\u00e9 de Liechtenstein, initiatrice du Prix, coop\u00e8re \u00e9troitement avec la Suisse. L\u2019universit\u00e9 du Liechtenstein apporte son soutien au jury international pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 des objets. Le Mus\u00e9e alpin suisse de Berne organise une exposition itin\u00e9rante pour pr\u00e9senter la trentaine de b\u00e2timents prim\u00e9s. Le centre de formation agricole du Salzkammergut\/AT (en 2013), la maison paroissiale de Krumbach\/AT (en 2015), l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire et maternelle de Brand\/AT (en 2017) et le centre scolaire agricole de Salez\/CH, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 parmi de nombreux projets soumis comme les b\u00e2timents les plus esth\u00e9tiques et les plus respectueux de l\u2019environnement des Alpes.
