transforme le b\u00e2ti existant en un campus pour l\u2019agriculture, avec lequel l\u2019\u00c9tat, ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage, proclame : nous croyons en l\u2019avenir des agricultrices et des agriculteurs dans les Alpes ! Et cet avenir a un prix. Nous leur construisons un b\u00e2timent exemplaire pour l\u2019avenir du climat. Nous attendons d\u2019eux qu\u2019ils deviennent eux aussi plus respectueux du climat. Le centre de formation pour agriculteurs r\u00e9interpr\u00e8te la tradition : la pergola qui prot\u00e8ge la fa\u00e7ade et sert de brise-soleil, les volets coulissants, la succession bien con\u00e7ue des pi\u00e8ces, la construction. Au-dessus des fondations, le b\u00e2timent est enti\u00e8rement construit en bois. Et exemplaire : du \u00ab lowtech \u00bb au lieu d\u2019une technique du b\u00e2timent sophistiqu\u00e9e. La ventilation, le chauffage et l\u2019\u00e9clairage sont r\u00e9gl\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. Cette maison pour les agriculteurs est pleine d\u2019intelligence du quotidien. Et elle est plac\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision dans un ensemble r\u00e9ussi, \u00e9l\u00e9gante \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, belle gr\u00e2ce au raffinement de ses d\u00e9tails \u2013 un b\u00e2timent en bois d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">En quoi ce projet est-il particulier ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le site du centre scolaire agricole est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la limite sud du village de Salez, au c\u0153ur de la vaste plaine de la vall\u00e9e du Rhin. L\u2019implantation d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e du volume \u00e0 la limite de la zone agricole a permis de cr\u00e9er une cour spacieuse entre le long b\u00e2timent neuf de grande envergure et l\u2019atelier existant. La construction neuve est un b\u00e2timent en bois \u00e0 deux ailes en \u00e9querre. Les fa\u00e7ades principales sont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es d\u2019une pergola. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments en saillie prot\u00e8gent la fa\u00e7ade et servent de brise-soleil. L\u2019ossature en bois est aussi visible \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent. Les salles de classe, la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria et le grand amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre peuvent \u00eatre ventil\u00e9s transversalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des clapets actionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. La structure en trame permet d\u2019obtenir une \u00e9norme flexibilit\u00e9 dans le plan. En fonction des besoins du centre, les usages peuvent ainsi \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es dans le temps. La conception du b\u00e2timent est aussi simple qu\u2019intelligente, et refl\u00e8te les mutations qui touchent le m\u00e9tier d\u2019agriculteur.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
