positive d&rsquo;hiver Sol&rsquo;CH est con\u00e7ue pour exploiter au mieux l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire (orientation, inclinaison du toit, d\u00e9coupes du b\u00e2timent, fen\u00eatres) tout en cr\u00e9ant une architecture de qualit\u00e9 avec des espaces attrayants. L&rsquo;enveloppe compl\u00e8te du b\u00e2timent est constitu\u00e9e de modules photovolta\u00efques qui assurent \u00e0 la fois la fonction de production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. La surface mate et sombre de la fa\u00e7ade photovolta\u00efque, avec ses tons anthracites et bruns, contribue \u00e0 une int\u00e9gration harmonieuse dans le paysage environnant. Le b\u00e2timent est certifi\u00e9 Minergie-P et -A. La flexibilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 se manifestent aussi bien dans la structure porteuse que dans l&rsquo;utilisation.
